Sara Schwager Obituary
Sara B. Schwager, age 97, died Monday night, January 7, 2019.
Sara was born June 18, 1921 in Walla Walla, WA to Dorsey Frank and Edna Moore Baker. She graduated from Whitman College in 1943 and in the same year she married William (Bill) Schwager in Pasadena, CA. Sara and her family moved from Long Beach, CA to Akron, summer of 1960. She became a member at The Bath Church in 1962. She was an active member of Delta Gamma Sorority for 75 years. Sara will be remembered as a loving wife and mother.
She is survived by daughters, Anna (James) Bethel and Catherine (Darryl) Bryson and son, Paul (Janet); eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life at the Bath Church, Saturday, June 15 at 11:00 AM.
