Jane Grover Obituary
Jane Henri Grover passed away at age 71 on the evening of Wednesday, August 29th due to heart and lung complications.
Jane was active in her community and spent a combined 30 years as an educator mostly as a reading teacher in Stow and Munroe Falls. She served as president of Kappa Kappa Iota. She was an activist attending marches, and she donated to charitable organizations protecting the environment, people, and animals. She enjoyed walking, biking, cross-country skiing, watercolor painting, playing the piano, guitar, and gardening.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Judy Eisner; mother, Libby Wexler; and father, Noah (Nathan) Gould. She is survived by her loving husband, James; her two sons, Joshua and Jonathan; her daughter-in-law, Hui-Ying Tsai; nieces, Wendy Lenhard, Karen Kremer; and her beloved cat, Giovanni.
Services will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday, September 6th at Temple Beth Shalom, 50 Division St, Hudson, OH 44236. In lieu of flowers please instead make a donation to an education scholarship of Kappa Kappa Iota, PO Box 435, Peninsula OH 44264.
