Blaize Anthony Lishewski
Blaize Lishewski, beloved son and brother, passed away unexpectedly September 10, 2017 from complications of pneumonia and cardiac arrest.
Blaize was born on October 4, 1987 in Toledo, Ohio where he attended Parochial school K-12. He graduated from Ashland University with a Criminal Justice degree. Blaize was the goal keeper for Ashland Eagles Men's Soccer where he still holds records in G.L.I.A.C.
Blaize began his Criminal Justice career with Signet Jewelers, then Brinks and most recently Laurel Lakes Retirement Community. He was dedicated to his work and employers. Blaize was many things to many people. He always put a smile on your face. Blaize will be missed deeply.
He is survived by parents, Forrest and Ellen Lishewski, (Arizona); brother, Sam Lishewski, (Ohio); sister, Isabelle Lishewski (Oregon);
grandmother, Toby Gorant (Ohio); and other aunts, uncles and cousins.
A private ceremony will take place this Friday.
