Alta Marcene Hartman, 89, died August 25, 2018 in Fort Myers, Florida.
She was born June 27, 1929 in Wadsworth, Ohio to William and Lottie Knifley Blair. A long-time resident of Bath, she moved to Lehigh Acres, FL in 2012. She was a member of the Bath Church U.C.C., and had worked at Firestone Tire and Rubber Co., Revere High School and Rockynol Retirement Community.
Preceded in death by her husband, Carl E. Hartman in 2016; she is survived by her sister, Paula Blair Curtis; her sons, David (Shirley) and Dan (Colleen) Hartman; daughter, Rebecca Hartman; five grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
A service celebrating her life will take place Friday, October 19 at 11:00 a.m., in the Historic Chapel of the Bath Church U.C.C., 3980 W. Bath Rd., with Rev. Daniel Doty officiating. There will be a private inurnment at Ira Cemetery. (Billow Fairlawn Chapel)
