Lillian Solomon Obituary
Lillian Estella Solomon, 93, passed away peacefully February 15, 2018.
Born in Dunbar, PA, she was a longtime member of Broadman Baptist Church. A faithful Christian and giver, Lillian loved being with her children and grandchildren. Her hobbies included quilting, walking, playing the piano, and baking fresh blackberry pies.
Preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Page Solomon, Sr.; and daughters, Claudette Lee and Lillie Kathryn Solomon; she is survived by her children, Claudia Carrell (James), Ellis Page Solomon II (Dawn), Mary Beth Lawson (Donald), Jeffrey Solomon (Ruth) and Joan Brothers (Stephen); 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; sister, Izora Miller; nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. SUNDAY at the Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel, 85 N. Miller Rd. Graveside service 11 a.m. MONDAY at Bowman-Flatwoods Cemetery, 1007 Flatwoods Rd., Vanderbilt, PA, the Rev. John McIntyre officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Broadman Baptist Church, 352 W. Bath Rd., Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44223 or any children's charity. (Billow FAIRLAWN Chapel)
